Mr. Nopadol Santipakorn, Managing Director of Road Accident Victims Protection Company Limited along with the management welcomed delegates from Vietnam National Bureau of Insurance during the study visit programme on Compulsory Motor Insurance, Blue Card Scheme in Thailand (Protocol 5: ASEAN Scheme of Compulsory Motor Vehicle Insurance) at RVP’s Meeting Room, RVP Head office, Ratchadapisek Road.
